Vendors and Exhibitors

Vendor Applications for the 2015 Utah Pride Festival are open.
We offer several types of space for vendors:

  • Food Vendor – Full Service Rate is $850, $50 refundable deposit (to be collected at orientation), plus options / Dessert is $425, $50 refundable deposit (to be collected at orientation, plus options.
  • Non-Profit 10×10 – Early $275, $50 refundable deposit (to be collected at orientation), plus options / Standard $325 / Late $400
  • Business 10×10 – Early $475, $50 refundable deposit (to be collected at orientation), plus option / Standard $550 / Late $650
  • Political 10×10 – Early $300, $50 refundable deposit (to be collected at orientation), plus options / Standard $350 / Late $425
  • Local/Small Business – (See eligibility requirements prior to registering) Early $275, $50 refundable deposit (to be collected at orientation), plus options / Standard $325 / Late $400
  • Art Zone – Rate is $125, area for artists to vend their work
  • Grass Roots Zone – (See eligibility requirements prior to registering) Rate is $125, area for nonprofit and social groups that may not be able to solely afford a 10 x 10 booth
  • Scholarships – (See eligibility requirements prior to registering) Scholarships are available through an application process for organizations that may be unable to pay full booth fees
